However if there is a strict policy that prevents a CU blocked user to be admin on another wiki, I would be happy to follow it. A: Iflaq, thank you for the question. I think I am somewhat weak in WP:GA area. I haven't helped to promote one even on the enwiki when I was active there. It has became the area where I am interested to work more than anything else. Things like developing the interest and participation in the area can help me achieve the aim.
